1. Placing An Order

The process for placing an order for a Wild Woolly Head and Wild Woolly Dog is a follows:

i. Purchase your Wild Woolly Dog by clicking on the Buy Now button on our online shop at www.wildwoollyheads.com and completing the order. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Remember to add in your promo code for a discount if you have one.

ii. Send your dog’s profile photos to Dianne@wildwoollyheads.com. You can also send your photos via the contact form on the website.

iii. Full payment is required as confirmation of your order. As each commission is unique and made to order full payment must be made in advance. We will not start work on your commission until payment is made.

2. Delivery Times

Present delivery times are 8-12 weeks but this changes throughout the year. We will confirm approximate delivery times with you at the time of order.

3. Postage and Shipping

Shipping for Wild Woolly Heads is via courier (not available to PO Boxes). All Wild Woolly Heads are shipped insured for damage in transit and require a signature on receipt.
Shipping is not included in the price and will be dependent on the size of the head and the destination. We will confirm shipping costs with you at the order time

Shipping for Wild Woolly Dogs is via Australia Post with a signature required on delivery. All Wild Woolly Dogs are shipped insured for damage in transit.

The set price for shipping wild Woolly Dogs Australia wide is $10.00

International shipping is via Australia Post or Courier. Please contact us for prices.

4. Damage in Transit

All Wild Woolly Heads and Wild Woolly Dogs are insured for damage in transit. We pack our Wild Woolly Heads and Dogs thoroughly for shipping. Heads are shipped only by courier, dogs are shipped via Australia Post or Courier at your discretion. If you find your Wild Woolly creation is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will require you to send us photos of the packaging and the Head or Dog. In the case of damage in transit please return the creation to us and we will repair or replace it depending on circumstances. Shipping returns are at your cost.

5. Changes to final commission

Dianne and Annette work very hard to ensure all of their customers are happy with their work. As each commission is different and subject to the artist’s interpretation, each creation will be different. We are willing to make any small changes before the head leaves our workshop, such as minor markings, but we cannot make any major changes from the original request.

6. Cancellation

Once you have paid and confirmed your order it is not possible to cancel your order. Each Wild Woolly Head and Wild Woolly Dog is unique and made just for you. Once the order is confirmed we incur expenses in purchasing materials required to make it and our artists spend considerable time discussing your order and designing it to your requirements.

7. Returns Policy

It is not possible to return your commission. Your Wild Woolly Head and Will Woolly Dog creation are made unique for you. As a commissioned order it not possible for us to resell your order to another party.

8. Currency

All payments are made in Australian dollars. Changes in exchange rates and bank fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Care

Wild Woolly Heads can be dry cleaned when required. Please see the attached care instructions for cleaning.

10. Please Note

Please note Wild Woolly Heads are works of art not toys and are not suitable for infants, children and pets.
We cannot be responsible for any damage incurred after the receipt of the Wild Woolly Head by you.
